Online Banking Passcode Security

Passcode security is very important.  It is recommended but not mandatory that passcodes be changed at least every 90 days.  Passwords should be complex which means that numbers and special characters should be used.  Using a phrase for a passcode is a good practice, is easier to remember, and is harder to crack or guess.  A good example would be “AFNBCares$$38” or you can change some of the characters for special characters like “AFNB9999Cares$”.
To change your passcode in online banking:

Please change your password often and keep your password secure.

1. Access the AFNB web site at https://afnb.com
   
   
2. Log into the online banking system using your current Access ID and Passcode
   
   
3. Click on User Services
   
   
   
4. Click on Change Passcode under Security Settings
   
   
   
5. Change your passcode by entering the old one and then the new one
